The purpose of my website is to allow you to find me and contact me when you have a need for Polish-English interpreting, written translation from Polish into English or associated services.
In the course of my work as a professional linguist I process personal data such as names, contact details, information relating to interpreting assignments or included in documents I am asked to translate. I process this data in order to respond to your enquiries, provide you with quotes and make arrangements for specific interpreting assignments or translation tasks, to provide those services, to invoice for them and to comply with legal requirements such as record keeping. I use cookies on my website to analyse user traffic for the purpose of website statistics.
I take care to keep your personal data private and process it safely and securely. I am bound by the confidentiality clauses in the Institute of Translation and Interpreting's Code of Professional Conduct. I never sell or distribute your personal data or use it for marketing campaigns.
You may contact me to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you, or to ask me to rectify or remove the information I hold. I will take action without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.
If you have any concerns about how I process your personal data, please contact me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the supervisory authority in the UK.
